Product Introduction of Metal Cable Tray

Cable trays are classified into various structures such as trough type, tray type, ladder type, and mesh type, and consist of supports, brackets, and installation accessories.

Cable trays inside buildings can be installed independently or laid on various building (structure) supports and pipe racks.

They should feature simple structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, flexible configuration, and convenient maintenance.

All parts must be galvanized before installation on exposed exterior sections of buildings.

A rigid structural system that closely supports cables, consisting of straight sections, bends, tees, crosses, and brackets in the form of troughs, trays, or ladders, as well as supports (arm brackets) and hangers, is called a cable tray (or simply cable tray).

 

1. Ladder-type Cable Tray

Ladder-type cable trays offer advantages such as light weight, low cost, unique design, easy installation, good heat dissipation, and good ventilation. 

They are suitable for laying cables with larger diameters and are suitable for laying high and low voltage power cables.

2. Tray-type Cable Tray

Tray-type cable trays are the most widely used type in petroleum, chemical, light industry, and telecommunications.

3. Trough-type Cable Trays
