Large Diameter Thick Wall Seamless Steel Pipe：

Large diameter thick wall seamless steel pipe is made of ingot or solid round steel through perforation to make wool tube, and then made by hot rolling. According to incomplete statistics, there are about 240 domestic seamless pipe production enterprises, about 250 sets of large-caliber thick wall seamless steel pipe units, large-caliber thick wall seamless steel pipes are mainly based on the external caliber of its steel pipe, the general outer diameter of 325 mm or more are called large-caliber steel pipes, thick wall, the general wall thickness of 20 mm or more can be done. The following is the manufacturing process of the steel pipe: the raw material of the steel pipe is the steel pipe billet, and the tube billet is cut and processed by the cutting machine with a growth of about 1 meter, and is sent to the furnace by the conveyor belt for heating. The billet is heated in the furnace at a temperature of about 1200 ° C. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. Temperature control in the furnace is a key issue. After the round tube billet is released, it is perforated by a pressure punch. Generally, the most common piercing machine is the conical roll piercing machine, which has high production efficiency, good product quality, large perforating and expanding diameter, and can wear a variety of steel. After the perforation, the round tube blank is successively rolled by three roller skew, continuous rolling or extrusion. After extrusion, the tube should be removed for sizing. The sizing machine rotates into the steel embryo at high speed through the conical drill to punch holes and form the steel pipe. The inner diameter of the steel pipe is determined by the outer diameter length of the caliper drill bit. After the steel pipe is calibrated, it enters the cooling tower, cooled by water, and after the steel pipe is cooled, it will be straightened (in fact, many manufacturers no longer need to straighten the straightening machine, but directly reach the straightness of its steel pipe itself through the steel mill). After the steel pipe is straightened, it is sent to the metal inspection machine (or hydraulic test) for internal inspection. If there are cracks, bubbles and other problems inside the steel pipe, it will be detected. After the steel pipe quality inspection, it must pass strict manual selection (now there are laser detection and inspection).
