Hot rolling starts with a large long steel called billet which is heated and sent to a large roll to flatten, then it is passed in a series of rolls keeping it’s high temperature until reaching to the final wanted dimensions.

In order to improve order delivery satisfaction and address scheduling uncertainty, a fuzzy Job Shop scheduling model is established to represent the whole logistics of the cold rolling line, in which an order batch is regarded as a fundamental scheduling job.

Galvanized Steel Coil is used cold rolled steel coil as substrates by a continuous hot-dip process. This method tightly adheres the coating to the steel with an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer formed by a diffusion process while the heated steel strip is in contact with the molten zinc. One of the drawbacks of Galvanized is that if the Zinc coating is scratched off the steel, the Steel is left unprotected, and is subject to failure. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to zinc’s characteristics.

The properties of Color Coated Steel are tough coating, completed protection, low maintenance and long life. Pre-painted Galvanized(GI) / Galvalume(GL) / Aluminum(AL) Steel combines utility with beauty. It consists of tin, chrome, zinc or paint, which are the extra finish applied to the natural steel surface. The application of coating is to protect the surface of steel from oxidation and it is also used to enhance requirements for visual appearance.
